Founded in 2001 and present throughout France, Cardinal is a player in real estate development, management of residential and office properties, and real estate investment. Since July 2022, Cardinal has joined the Eaglestone group.
By choosing to work with renowned architects and designers such as Jean Nouvel, Rudy Ricciotti, Philippe Starck, Jakob+MacFarlane, Cardinal positions itself as innovative in avant-garde architecture and interior design, notably through flagship projects for major French and international companies (world headquarters of Euronews, regional headquarters of Veolia, headquarters of Bandai Namco).
Cardinal places the user and environmental benevolence at the heart of its projects (Bjorg Ecotone and Cie headquarters certified Well for the first time in France, eco-design of neighborhoods like the Docks of Lyon at Confluence or currently Brazza in Bordeaux, or the transformation of offices into student housing and coliving spaces in Créteil). Cardinal specialises in the construction of hotels (Mama Shelter designed with the Trigano family, or new urban motels like MOB HOTELS). It also operates residences and living spaces: managing and animating 6.500 units of student residences and coliving with Cardinal Campus, and next-generation office spaces with Cardinal Workside.
