Cardinal is launching the construction of a 30,000 m² real estate complex in Cergy-Pontoise, comprising 2 student residence and coliving buildings for 551 flats, 1 office building and 74 flats for sale.

The Daudré-Vignier & Associés architects agency has designed a mixed-use programme entirely focused on its tree-lined, lush core.

Cardinal Campus will manage and run the two student residences from the start of the 2024 academic year, which will feature numerous shared common areas, chill rooms, a sports and coaching room, a kitchen lab, a music studio, terraces and shared vegetable gardens.

The residential part of the programme was acquired by abrdn in June 2022.
