Eaglestone France concludes a second major block sale in Paris and confirms investors' interest in new housing.

As a reminder, in 2020 the Eaglestone group acquired in its entirety the French developer Interconstruction as a subsidiary of Eaglestone France.
By the end of 2021, Eaglestone France and its partners Brownfield and Emerige have already completed a first significant transaction on the "Fauvelles" residential project located in Courbevoie with the sale of 297 units in future state of completion to CDC Investissement Immobilier and BNP Paribas Cardif. This transaction is one of the most significant block sales on the Paris market in 2021.
At the beginning of this year, Eaglestone France and BNP Paribas Immobilier completed a second transaction by selling to the La Française Group 96 units in a state of completion in the "La Fabrique" project in the heart of the Village Delage eco-neighbourhood in Courbevoie.
